Temporary Login system fail?

Hi,

When we try to make a temporary login, first, it dont work with Security Entrance enabled, just says you have to use with entrance, and even manually adding it fails,

Then we tried without security entrance, all page says is "Parameter ERROR!".

Is this broken or what happens?
