Php, image not uploading in my site

problem : cannot upload image

history: I have hosted a WordPress site, with "Ultimate Membership Pro" plugin installed.

I tried with: imagick and gd PHP extensions > enabled, uncheck open_basedir
alternatively: I have hosted same wordpress site with same plug in in a cpanel > it worked. so plugin has nothing to do, cannot claim them.

So, what I am missing. need your support pls.

yes, image not uploading in word-press site.

What is the process?

i used one click for adding a web site from panel
then installed the word press by remote download from panel
then installed the plugin by uploading from word press
then went to front end > image not uploading
then tried to solve by adding php extensions : imagick and gd > still didn't worked
then unchecked open_basedir > still didn't worked

then I thought is my process has a problem or the plugin : so i did same in cPanel > and there it worked.
which confirms me that my process is ok, but I missed something in aaPanel to configure further.

is it clear ?
