Please modify your openbase configuration, it is in .user.ini in the site root directory

open_basedir=/www/wwwroot/yousite/admin_panel/public_html:/tmp/:/proc/
change to

open_basedir=/www/wwwroot/yousite/admin_panel/public_html:/www/wwwroot/yousite/admin_panel/app:/tmp/:/proc/

Check with other PHP versions if it works...

We have same problem. By the way, why you use "wwwroot" instead public_html?

We successfully upload our data and website data. But get this terrible error about "public_html" and "wwwroot".
