moiz I have created a mail server, and i have also configured the mails in it , but if i want to access that mail or want to give that email to some other person do i need to give the root panel access or there is some other way for that...??

TrK just give him/her the address of a webmail(roundcube comes with mail server addon) or you just host a webmail on a subdomain like webmail.example.tld some recommended webmails from me would be afterlogic webmail lite(easy to navigate), rainloop(modern and attractive) and Sogo(way harder to configure) just setup either one and configure it to listen to your server ports for mail access.
