cybertech 10.4.10 works fine, but new install is 10.4.12 which cannot start , cannot configure settings.

cybertech Anyway latest aapanel 6.6.0 works fine. Ok I think it works now. Upgraded panel and reinstalled mariadb, but phpmyadmin cannot access, says wrong password even when password is entered correctly. Any idea how to fix?
