2 serious issues: Site path & Let's Encrypt

Hello,

I just updated to aaPanel 6.6.0 today and got really serious problems.

1/ Wrong site directory.

On the old websites that added before the update, the root path will be /www/wwwroot/domain.com

Now then you add a new site, the site path will be /www/server/domain.com

I tried to remap the site directory by: Site > Configuration > Site directory > change "Site Directory" input to > /www/wwwroot/domain.com > Save

But got the Javascript error instead:

site.js?version_20200206=6.6.0:1138 Uncaught TypeError: bt.site.set_site_path_new is not a function

2/ By using the wrong directory settings > Let's encrypt verification didn't work.

Work around

Set the Running directory to "/" than the wwwroot path

toaitran But in this workaround, it will use /www/server/doamin.com as root path, and the FTP created with different path (when adding new site, FTP created too). It's the mismatch. 🙁

1/ Hello, please fix the panel and use ctrl + f5 to force refresh the page to fix these problems
2/ After completing the meaning operation, go to the site settings and change the site directory to the correct directory, ssl can work
