I am currently using an ARM server with Oracle Linux (as it is recommended by you guys when people asked if Arm is supported). I can install the web server and PHP 7.4 but can't install either MySQL or Mariadb or PHP 8. I tried installing MySQL 8, MySQL 5.7, MySQL 5.6, and Mariadb 10.7. I also tried both fast and compiled installation methods. This is the execution log of installing MySQL 8 compiled installation:
