I have changed to new isp an got a new static ipaddress. Have changed the ipaddress in the panel and on my dnspanal. I can now send email but not receive email. Where shall I look or do i need to change any on the server

I am with same issue! I can send emails by Roundcube and aaPanel admin interface. The email message had been successfully delivered to my Gmail. But when I send or I reply the mail message in my Gmail it is not delivered on aaPanel. The gmail is not throwing exception like "the email cann't be delivered because the email person@example.com does not exists" or something like that.

Bom dia eu também estou com o mesmo problema envia cai na caixa de spam mesmo marcando que não é spam e logo em seguida respondo ou envio outro email diz que o email não existe já testes com varios provedores yahoo, otlok, etc.... mesmo assim não consigo recebe, ja coloquei o SSL no domínio do email, fiz tudo igual ao manual, pesso ajuda de quem já conseguiu resolver caso contrário creio que não existe solução para o email instalado pelo aapanel pois já vi vários outros aqui no forúm passando pela mesma dificuldade que eu não vi a solução. Please check your email health https://mxtoolbox.com/emailhealth then you will know what is going on your email. Or you can set your host mail from dns only to proxied and turn off back to dns only. I try this then it's ok now. can send and received email
