Hello, I want to remotely connect to my database, but the host is down. I released the 3306 port. I also set database access permission to everyone.

aaPanel_Jose Thanks. I forgot to add the Ingress Rule in Oracle Cloud. But now, I can access only the database using its username and password. I want to access all databases using root password. Is it possible?

The database management page of the panel has the root password of mysql, you can use the root account to log in to phpmyadmin to manage all databases

You need to login to phpmyadmin and change the user root host to % from localhost to access via remote.
Remember this opens you mysql server to outside for hackers etc.

I'm not using phpMyAdmin, I use Navicat. I can connect using any database's credential, but cannot connect whole server using root account.

I also unable to install phpMyAdmin, I have php 8.1, but it shows a popup that tells you have to install different php versions.

The restrictions of phpmyadmin have been modified, click the refresh button in the upper right corner of the appstore to update

Odin I also use navicat but for you to have remote access you need to update root user via mysql command or phpmyadmin to allow other than localhost to access.
But also remember to open the 3306 port in your aapanel security and any firewall etc.
For phpmyadmin I think php 8 and up does not work properly (mainly since phpmyadmin is "older)
