Hi,
i am getting the following error while connecting to my instance in alibaba using filezilla
Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead.

may i know how to fix this..

i would also like to know how to connect through sftp to any cloud .

try to add the 21,39000-40000 port in your cloud server security group

sftp uses the same port as ssh, ensuring that your ssh port is open and can be connected properly.
