TrK Things to make sure: The ioncube is only working well with php persions 7.4 and/or lower, if you are trying to get it working well 8.0 or 8.1 there might be some issues. Your website should have the same version of php you have installed the ioncube extension. If it's still persistent try switching the php versions to see if there is any specific version causing the issue.
