DNS Records Not Updating

Hi there,
I reported this problem before but got no solution. I thought I would repost.
MY DNS records won't propagate. I can add news ones, edit some etc. but it will still stay the same.

I use this tool to check:

I setup AAPANEL > CentOS7 (SE LINUX DISABLED) > all the plugins I want + DNS Manager
(I don't install any of the DDNS apps so they don't conflict).

When I enter a TXT records into DNS Manager and save it - it saves succesfully - everything is okay. EXCEPT: when i check.
Also Search Console requires DNS verification > it cannot verify with a txt record because it doesn't propagate.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

This bug has happened to me on about 5-6 different aapanel installations.

Hello, only txt will not be propagated, are other records normal?

None of them 🙁

Only the DEFAULT records are visible.
NS / ns1.domain
NS / ns2.domain
soa / domain / 21600 / ns1.domain ns2.domain / admin.domain
CAA / domain / 600 / letsencrypt.org

Even if i change something no updates...
Log file shows no errors only changes i make.

Hi, which domain name service provider are you using. Whether the provider has set Host Names to point to your server ip, such as ours:

I've definitely done that 🙂

In-fact - I have it setup so i have 12 nameservers and 6 servers 🙂 Like i said SOME are showing some are not ... particularly the problem is TXT records not syncing.

Also email etc. everything works. It's just the TXT verification you need frmo many SEO and ANALYTICS companies I can't verify my domain. And this is on EVERY (all 6 servers with aapanel) same problem. I can't be the only one 🙂 ?

Do you guys have a PAID service to trouble shoot this? I will be happy to pay for technically support with aapanel.

Hello, you have added any A record to the domain name of the DNS manager. Try it. Is it displayed on the website of the DNS service provider?

Hi,

I got the same issue, it seems all my DNS records for one domain simply stopped working, they were reseted to initial state, lucky I had a backup that I restored, still nothing helped. This is quite urgent, i do hope you people realise this.

When I add an A record it does work. In fact I run many subdomains on separate servers and it works fine. My main problem I guess is the TXT records. Other websites cannot see or validate them 🙁

I installed a FRESH new panel today on a FRESH new server - NEW domain etc. and same problem. I think this is something that happened in a recent update?? It must be everyone having this issue 😮

So I've done extensive testing and aapanel dns manager is ONLY allowing:
12 records.

If you add one extra record, the problem starts.
ie. if you have many subdomains = aapanel cannot support it 🙁

I have same problem. TXT, PTR, and CNAME record not working, I tried to edit manually file /var/named/chroot/var/named but still not working, I also have issue cannot receive email using aapanel.

Anyone have advise about this problems?

Hello, the DNS manager is being tested and repaired, please use the DNS service provider to operate.
Can the mail server send it to itself? Please check if ports 25,465,587,143,993,110,995 are open.

Oh, ok.
Since i need it for mail server ssl verification, so i did some tricky step and it works for me. So at least, i can waiting while you fixing it :")
