ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT After a few minutes of installation

Good afternoon. I installed AAPanel and I have some problems that occur after the installation is successful and when I install some of the Apps, the connection simply returns the title error and it only works again after I uninstall and install AAPanel again. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04. Can anyone help me with this?

Apparently the firewall is configured with the correct ports and also the external panel of the VPS also has the ports in the security list.

same like me, ubuntu 20.04 with firewall installed
error show after running some script

firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=80/tcp > /dev/null 2>&1
firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=443/tcp > /dev/null 2>&1
firewall-cmd --reload

ufw allow 80/tcp
ufw allow 443/tcp
ufw reload
