One Reverse proxy is enough, because all access data to this site is obtained directly from the Target URL.
So can it be a normal proxy? If not, please check whether the server can access ip:185.244.xxx.xx:9000, if not, please open port 9000 in the firewall.
If it is portainer deployed on the same server, it is recommended to use 127.0.0.1:9000
