Unknown High CPU Usage

Everyday, when it is 0 am, the panel starts to show HIGH CPU Usage. I even installed the panel onto a pure VPS and did nothing, it always hit my computer's CPU.
Save my computer!
OS: Debain 11 amd64

Try restarting the panel:
/etc/init.d/bt restart
