PHP 7.3 is the fastest on aaPanel. Why newer PHP 7.4 it's slower on aaPanel?

I have been checking for more than one year the productivity with different versions of PHP. The fastest PHP working on aaPanel is 7.3. the difference in productivity:
Between 7.3 and 7.4 ~ 80% (PHP 7.3 faster)
Between 7.3 and 8.0 ~ 90% (PHP 7.3 faster)
Checked with benchmark and website loading time.

Could anybody explain this?

For PHP testing, I use PHP benchmarks. also, I switch the PHP versions on the production website and check the loading time in Google Chrome Lighthouse.
