Cron Job get wrong time of server time

Hello, I have a question, why is my cron job always getting the wrong time?
I set the server time to UTC + 7 and set the cron job to my country time as UTC + 7 Per Day, run at 17 Hour 26 Min
But when cron job get the result get at 0:26
Is there a way to correct the time?
