Cannot download whmcs pdf invoice

Hello,

When I try to download the whmcs pdf invoice it gives me the error given below:

This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://www.domain.com/xxxx/dl.php?type=i&id=1234 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Header Status Code: 500

The website is working fine. it happens only when I want to download a pdf invoice.

Ubuntu server, Nginx

Please help me to fix it.

What does the error log indicate?

nothing shows in error log for the same request.

Using Cloudflare and yes the pdf file exists. I can print it but can't download it. when I try to download it gives 500
Internal Server Error in headers. else everything is working fine.
