Can't install python modules

I get this error when I try to install any module through the python manager, I have tried clean installations on different servers. Here is the most recent server: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS x86_64(Py3.7.9).
Any help?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. This is a bug, it is documented, please wait for it to be fixed.
You can do a manual install from the project env directory
E.g: /data/python/1fc54ae5e387be0d369eddddc2010e5e_venv/bin/pip install flask

I have manually installed all the required dependencies, but I am unable to start the project... There is no logs in the project log too.

aaPanel_Kern after several reinstallations and returning to version 2.5: deleted the folder from venv and created the project again in the same way, only under the root user - it started on its own without problems perfectly.
