How to install dumpio module on Apache?

Well i really need to log all traffic from and to my server, so when i use default apache logs i can´t see for example the body of the POST's requests. So some people say that i must to install dumpio module but doesn´t work for me.
I´ve installed PHP 7.4.25 Apache 2.4.41

Please Help!

Hello, it is recommended to check whether there are related modules in the apache module directory? If so, do you want to restart apache after modifying the configuration? If not, you need to enable related modules during installation
/www/server/apache/modules/

Thank you for you reply i'm sure that the module exists in /www/server/apache/modules i've installed it manually but i'm not sure if it was installed propertly.
Please, could you share to me a step by step of how to achieve that?. I've restarted apache as well but its not worked.
I just need to add post's body data into default apache log files.
If there are another way to achieve that please feel free to suggest me. Thanks and my apologies for my bad english

Suggest checking that you are looking at the correct log file? Panel log file /www/wwwlogs/directory
