People I need urgent help I'm trying to optimize some sites in wordpress, I'm using the imagify plugin, but when I try to optimize the images the error below appears.

Follows the images that are installed on the server but the error persists, can someone help me, I'm desperate.

Notes: this is installed on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS x86_64(Py3.7.9), apache and php 7.4

Hi, suggest to check if the PHP version of the site is PHP-7.4? Also check view phpinfo() in phpinfo is it ok?

Hi I'm in wordpress, so it works in any php, so much so that it says in any plugin to optimize images it says that it is not, the phpinfo in aapanel can see that it has a green checkmark, I already installed php 7.3 the same problem, it it looks like it installs but it doesn't install you know

Checking phpinfo() shows it is enabled. The website program shows that it is not enabled. It is recommended to consult the developer whether other configurations are required
