Can't connect to FTP

Yes, everything work from my side, seem there are multiple problems with your panel if that will not be solved ASAP then I must say bye bye to aaPanel forever, I am sorry but I can't accept anymore to see how my sites are down an all functions gone one by one. Also, very slow support is here 🙁

Hello, can you connect if you try to turn off the system firewall? Does the server provider have a firewall (security group)? If there is a security group of the server provider, is the relevant port open?
