Mail server smtp connection failed

and this is my smtp error log：Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "hifafalife" using 2 possible authenticators. Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6 ". Authenticator PLAIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6 ".

My mail server can send emails normally but cannot connect to the SMTP service.

Hello, check your website configuration. If the website and mail server are on the same server, it is recommended to use the intranet address or 127.0.0.1 port 25, and turn off SMTP security.

If your website and mail server are on the same server, please use 127.0.0.1 when configuring the website to send mail.
If you are configuring other email clients, please turn off SSL and use port 25.
