As far as I know, redirects are located here: /www/server/panel/vhost/nginx/redirect. They 'should' be auto backed up but if not you can use the 'Backup Directory' CRON job.
Its probably roughly the same for Apache setups but I only use NGINX so can't test for anything else at the moment.
