Install mbstring in php8.3

I have tried to install mbstring for php8.3 but it is not working. I can't install it. How can I install this library for php8.3? Please help me!

Hello, use the ssh tool or terminal to execute the following command to install the dependencies, and then install
yum install oniguruma-devel

Instead of opening new thread, thought I woud hit support up here 🙂

[root@qikserver ~]# yum install oniguruma-devel Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:46 ago on Mon 24 Nov 2025 08:15:41 AM CST. Package oniguruma-devel-6.8.2-3.el8.x86_64 is already installed. Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do

Need the common mbstring. Running Alma 8.10
