It returns success, but it doesn't update the certificates for the websites I have on this server.

I have to update each of the sites individually.

How can I make it update automatically before the certificate expires?

Have you solved the problem of SSL Lets and crypt auto-renewing after the expiration by cron? I only have manual renewal, i.e. I have to manually click one domain at a time. The command in cron /www/server/panel/pyenv/bin/python3 -u /www/server/panel/class/acme_v2.py --renew=1 no errors, it says done.
