khamiss Hi there I am trying to install php 8.4 , and upgrade 8.3, 8.2, 8.1, from application section seems it is installing normally but never succussed at the end ,!! I am using openlitespeed almaLinux
DimmmCom khamiss OpenLiteSpeed has not yet released packages for php8.4. I compiled for myself manually.
khamiss how to to compile it manually can I have the steps please, and how to upgrade the old versions 8.3, 8.2, 8.1 , thanks
DimmmCom khamiss In /usr/local/lsws/admin/html/lib/util/build_php/BuildConfig.php add the desired php version and in the OpenLiteSpeed webpanel compile php. But note that there may be errors during compilation that you will need to fix. I don't remember exactly which ones I had, but I had one when building mbstring. !<
khamiss DimmmCom Thanks for your replies and support , yes I did install and made updates already but still indicating it is not installed and need to be update inside panel !! is this will effect any future aapanel updates too ?

I don't remember exactly php8.4 showing up in aaPanel anymore, I think I just re-run the installation from the panel itself after compiling.
aaPanel_Kern Hello, it needs to be officially released by openlitespeed before aaPanel will be supported.
