Hello, today I noticed that my aapanel server had switched to the free tariff, but I had purchased a license that was supposed to last until 2027. I couldn't access the account where that license was stored, and I couldn't reset the password because I didn't receive any message to my email. Then when I tried to create a new account and entered my old email, a new account was created for me (I thought it would say the email was already registered, but a new account was created as if nothing had happened). Now I have a new account with a FREE license. How can I recover the license from my previous account?

Hello at first we used gmail wi.fi.xor @gmail.com i dont know why system change this gmail into xxx@gmail.com.
and the second We Payed for Pro version by using another gmail account shobunix @gmail.com just only for payment we used this gmail account. Before and Now my aapanel account is wi.fi.xor @gmail.com and it was working before i have updated the aapanel after I had updated aapanel it changed into Free version. i writed gmail account with space before @ because system change it into "xxx"@gmail.com

Hello, the payment account does not mean aaPanel account. When you purchase, the aaPanel account can use different payment platform accounts.
You purchased it using the aapanel account of zzgXXXXX@gmail.com and paid using the payment platform of wi.fi.xor
You should use zzgXXXXX@gmail.com to log in to aaPanel and use the purchased license
