how to host Node JS Web Applicaiton on domain with backend

i have a Web Application on Node JS which i need to host on domain with appanel can some one Guide this.

i have 2 folders which includes front end and backend

need to host frontend mydomain.com
and backend with dev.mydomain.com:30001

Use a reverse proxy

have 2 folders with me one is 1. frontend UI files HTML and 2. backend with main.js runs on 4001port

Frontend part
1.so i create one php site mydomain.com and uploaded to root directory and now iam able to access frontend installed ssl and even able to access site on ssl too

uploaded backend files to mydomain root folder

now how to activate or run backend with port 4001

i tried with PM2 manager project is started now i need to make it running on ssl

Using SSL, you can only add domain names or use reverse proxy projects, and then set SSL
