Mail connection problem in Outlook mobile or phone mail

Hello,
I have set up the mail server, but when I try to connect to it with Outlook or Mail on my mobile, it gives this error and it won't connect.
I did everything I could think of, like turning off the firewall, reinstalling mail and SSL, etc., but it didn't work.
Please advise how I can fix this problem?

Hello, is the SSL used by the mail server a pan-domain name? If it is not a domain containing the A record?
At the same time, the system firewall and the server provider's firewall open related ports?

Check mail log , see on Mailserver > log section that can give you some hints of what is going on with your setup, check that section right after you try to login from mobile device.
