SSL of aaPanel-Site not working properly

I got the Problem, that my LetsEncrypt SSL-Certificate for the aaPanel Site is not working properly or not published properly.

In the Website-Section the SSL-certificate is activated and working with "Expire in 84 days" - but when i open the page in a browser it says that the certificate is not valid anymore as it expired at Sep. 1st.

Tried already different browsers and also tried to renew and to delete an applied the SSL another time. Nothing worked. Browser still says, thet it expired on Sep. 1st.

The SSL of all other websites on the server are working fine.
Any Ideas?

thats not working - but it is interesting that in the certify holder the brand says R13 meanwhile the expired certificate on firefox names R10 as brand holder....
