I cannot change the access permissions for a database.

When I change the access permission for a database to anyone or to a specific IP, the panel displays a success message but does not make the change. I have restarted the panel, checked for errors, changed the root password, and restarted the DB service. None of this has solved the problem.

Error log:

[Warning] Aborted connection 34 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'root' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets)
[Warning] Aborted connection 36 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'root' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets)

Setup:

OS: Debian 11
Panel: 7.0.24
DB: MySQL 10.7.3-MariaDB
