aaPanel_florevit in file manager when Set permission a file to 777 and uncheck to Set permission inside folders not work its changed all inside to 777 so after you need also folders set back to 644 example. alot work more this happend before version 7.0.25 back til 7.0.26 can you check this . olso when install a fresh server ubuntu 24.04 and debian 12 am use

aaPanel_florevit aaPanel_Kern yess am reinstall server and website add after am see that the chmod files 777 olso when uncheck it for inside folders same go to 777 when have alot files olso inside all get 777 am whas need set back hundreds off folders and files inside back to 755 and 644
aaP_sophiajons8 Yes, this appears to be a genuine bug. Even if you leave that option off, it still changes everything inside. It makes fixing permissions a bit of a mess. Hope they sort this out in the next update.
