Removing Apache?

I was trying to remove Apache from aaPanel. I guess tools.py doesn't work correctly anymore, even if you use python3.11 with all the modules it needs.

GTP said to do this:
systemctl stop httpd
systemctl disable httpd
dnf remove httpd httpd-tools mod_ssl -y
rm -rf /www/server/apache
rm -f /www/server/panel/data/apache.pl
/etc/init.d/bt restart

Can anyone verify that this will work? aaPanel is kind of "touchy" and I don't want to break it.

I'm scared to use to because aaPanel is working and it is using apache (though I don't know why).

It seems like it would be better to not use Apache, especially since I have had issues with "dead" apache processes taking up ports/sockets, but I don't want to break aaPanel. At a minimum, Apache keeps logging an SSL error every time I visit aaPanel (I can't get aaPanel to install an SSL corticate for the panel itself and run over https, which seems to be caused by 2 separate aaPanel problems: 1) the code for NameSiloDNS isn't written and 2) subdomains don't work correctly is aaPanel, or at least not like websites, which is why mail.mydomain.com has to be a separate website from mydomain.com).
