How to Clean WordPress Database When Using Nginx FastCGI on aaPanel

Hello,

I’m using aaPanel on Ubuntu 22.04 with Nginx + FastCGI cache for my WordPress site.
Caching works fine, but I need a safe way to clean database revisions, drafts, transients, and optimize tables.

Since I’m not using LiteSpeed Cache, what is the recommended method or plugin for WordPress database cleanup on an Nginx + FastCGI setup in aaPanel?

The panel is not supported for the time being. I suggest you check the relevant plug-ins of WP.
It is recommended that you back up your data before operating it to avoid data loss caused by clearing errors.
