Hi, my site is down and I managed to get into the server via AACloud. It shows that the server is running, but the website is down and I can't log into AAPanel (both show 'Can't open the page' messages).
I managed to access the terminal using webshell. It showed that there were updates needed, so I ran the command in Linux, it then showed me a pink page with various options about a file that could be overwritten. I selected the option to show the old and new side by side. It then froze and kicked me out, I now can't get back in.
