Ram usage constantly at 65%, Is this normal

Hi,

I have hosted 3 sites on the server (2.5 gb, 2 CPU KVM Vps), 0 traffic as of now. Installed Mailserver but haven't installed Antispam. Aapanel ram usage is constantly around 65%. If i clean Ram it goes down to 20% but is back to 65 in a few minutes. Htop shows multiple mysql using 9.5% Memory, attached screenshots. Is this normal? Is there something i can do to reduce the RAM usage?

You have only 2.5GB ram and using 65% from it. So 1,5GB ram using? You not write what server you use (Apache or Nginx), but the smaller ram what using is OpenLiteSpeed, there is my server with 14 sites, but 0 users yet:

Stealth Hi thank you for reply, I'm using NGINX, Earlier with even 3 sites it was around 25%, I installed Antispam Ram usage went upto 60% so I uninstalled that but RAM usage is still this high,

Are you using Openlitespeed?

Please try to execute ps aux|grep 'clamav' to see if the clamav service still running?

please try to execute these command to remove it

ubuntu

apt-get remove amavisd-new -y
apt-get remove spamassassin clamav clamav-daemon -y

it will auto remove on centos

my ram usage is now 93%, im just using 1GB RAM, do you see any possible factors to this so i can check
