I tried to run the pip pip3 and pip3.9 existing at /home/myapp/myfolder/4gyuc4e86c2c2194ue038441096kd83j_venv/bin , but it does not run.

Hi Kern,
In my reply above I kept the "faked" path, but while doing the tests in my server I always used the correct path according to my system.

In my server there is no directory named xxxxxxxxx_venv/lib/python3.9/bin.
The directory xxxxxxxxx_venv/lib/python3.9 exists, but there is no directory bin inside of it.

It worked now!

So the only pending problem to have in great shape is on how to make my app to run at the server reboot.

I used the command update-rc.d xxx_pymanager defaults (replacing xxx by my project name) as you suggested and seems it fully fixed the problem.
