Backser you can reinstall using recommended settings:
`System requirements
Operating system: CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian/Fedora/Deepin

Make sure it is a clean operating system, and have not installed Apache/Nginx/php/MySQL from other environments

aaPanel 6.x version is developed based on centos7, It is recommended to use centos7.x

RAM : RAM requirements are at least 512MB, recommended above 768MB, pure panel accounts for about 60MB of system memory`

the weird thing is i can install chinese version but i cannot install aapanel

btw... if you running on vps, try to reinstall system, after it don't do anything
just install aapanel from command
and you can get aapanel working like a rock XD
