mysqld high cpu usage

My peak is always 90% ~ 160%
but sometime it falls to 48%

i used top to determine and its mysqld

any optimization that I can do?

can i increase Max RAM usage upto 5gb+ even though i have 4gb?
on ram usage I'm seeing the status that I'm only using 1.5gb/4gb

btw I've realize that it was WP-Postview plugin that make my CPU high ( always writes on database when someone visited a page).
is there any way I can optimize my mysql with this plugin?
