Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed

Hi there,

I am using php 7.3, 7.4 and 8.0 for 3 different sites via aaPanel.
I am trying to setup Cron jobs for one of the sites with PHP 7.4
I already installed ionCube extension in PHP 7.4, but still, the Cron logs show me the following error;

Please help me as I tried to fix it and nothing worked. @aaPanel_Jose

adonix Execute the following command in the command line to check whether the php so version 7.4
php -v

aapanel_user

adonix You probably need to change php-cli version to the right one.
