HTTP1 in ngnix ? Why?

Hi
I got these error in gtmetrix and it shows me the problem is from ngnix configuration
Would you please some one help me to solve that?
The first thing is loading time tack 1.4second , on the other side I have Host not Dedicated server ! and the load time is about 300 mili second !!!

the second thing is why the respond header use the HTTP1 ? It is to old ... now we should use the http2 or 3

Would you please help me?

1.The load speed depends on the network, file size, current network fluctuations, or the load on the server itself, which you need to check slowly.
2.If you need to use HTTP2 you will need to deploy SSL (HTTPS), http which defaults to 1.0.

The network have 10gb internet
The server is G10+ HP with 64 gig ram and 2 core cpu with one ubuntu and aapanel

How to active ssl ? it already ben activated and the site is loaded with ssl , would you please explain more ?
