why openDKIM going to be off?

What is the Linux version you are using?
Please check if opendkim is already installed.
Centos
rpm -qa|grep opendkim

Ubuntu
dpkg -l|grep opendkim

Try restarting it on the command line to see if there is an error?
systemctl restart opendkim

how to remove opendkim with bash ??

if you remove /etc/opendkim folder it is solving this problem then opendkim starting again.

What is the Linux distribution you are using? Let's test it

because key was deleted
Execute the below command to create public & private keys under folder “/etc/opendkim/keys”

#opendkim-default-keygen

and

#systemctl restart opendkim

your service will be start enjoy . (i have a face exactly this error and fix it my self )

Have experienced this issue to day after installing memcached, not sure why that affected opendkim but I have resoled it with:

yum install opendkim

All working as normal now....
