In your nginx.conf ( /www/server/nginx/conf/nginx.conf ) seems to be an error on line 62
Is there a 'location' with a \ , or is the \ missing ?
What is on line 62 ?

btw: for support it might be helpful to tell what OS you're using, and what nginx version/php version/etc

After the listen parameter is phpmyadmin's default port 888, you will fill in the 888 port behind listen, if you have a custom phpmyadmin port, add your custom port
