Ookma-Kyi you need to open the ports on iptables also. Follow the command below and add all the ports you want to open.

iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 7800 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 443 -j ACCEPT

Save the iptables rule to persistent after reboot using the command below

sudo /sbin/iptables-save > /etc/iptables/rules.v4

Ookma-Kyi since your getting the 404 page means your panel already running and port open. You need to use the login URL with the security entrance. Example -
http://yourip:7800/security entrance
The full URL you got after installing aaPanel. If you cannot recall then SSH into terminal and use command as root to get the default login information

Nope, I have already tried that. I also did

and after clicking on that link directly from my ssh client I am still unable to access the panel.

Note that I am censoring the IP to protect my server but, left the last part of the IP for verification. Also, there isn't a random string of letters after the IP and port. However, I managed to save it when I initially installed it and when I tried that it also didn't work.

Ookma-Kyi It seems somehow you didn't save the iptables rule and reboot the server. 1st you can check if the port still open in iptables by
iptables -S
If it's not there then use the command again
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 7800 -j ACCEPT
sudo /sbin/iptables-save > /etc/iptables/rules.v4

Try to access your panel from the browser incognito mode to avoid any cache files. Use the URL with the public IP not the private IP

Ookma-Kyi This is strange. Im also using aaPanel on oracle cloud arm instance. Need to open port on oracle security group and iptables. Ufw will open when installing aaPanel. Maybe we missing something here
