We were running along just great, I was migrating all sorts of site, was totally sold on the panel etc, then the bottom drops out. Mysql shows it's still running but nothing is able to connect. Every one of our sites on this server went down. I restarted, nothing. I reinstalled, noting. MariaDB 10.3. Had to take the day yesterday and migrate everything off of this server, not what I wanted to do but WTF?
MySQL connection gone, server still up
Moving to 10.4 and testing.

Is there an error log in your mysql log?

Yes, I have the same problem.
After installation everything is fine - everything works.
But as soon as I change the php settings - for example in 7.4 (upload_max_filesize). After that Mysql shows it's still running but nothing is able to connect. I tried to repeat this action 3 times. 3 times I have reinstalled the CentOS 7 server completely.
And yet - nothing helps - uninstallation does not help reinstallation does not help. Complete installation from scratch only. That's bullshit.
