Hi, i hope that anyone can help me with this error, i have been installed aapanel ver 6.8.25 the last year, and everything was working well, but some months ago we have update to version 6.8.27 (this version fixed the ssl issue that we have in previous version 6.8.25), anyway, the thing is, when i try to add a domain in mail server, it gives me the error in subject, (see attached image), the ping command and also the nslookup command returned the correct ip from server (an A record was previously created in our DNS provider, with a mail.domain.com A record too, both pointing to the same ip of the server) , i tried to restart the panel (as i saw in other topic that with restart the panel the issue get solved), wait if there's a dns relay in propagation, but nothing, the error is still present, and i don't know why is happening this, i have already set eight domains in mail server with no issue before (note: those where created in version 6.8.25, the one i tried to create in this version 6.8.27 gives me the error), is the error relate to the version 6.8.27 maybe?? , i hope that anyone can help me with some solution or fix....thanks!!!

Thanks for reply, 🙂 but the record DNS is not with a proxy, is in godaddy, so i don't know why is not let me add a domain in mail server, is weird because as i said before, i added eight domains in mail server without a problem, first time i seen this errror message... 🙁

PD: This error, as well as the error about parsing failed, it started to happen after we upgrade the version 6.8.25 to 6.8.27, before that no error in refresh the domain list in mail server and it can be added domain to the mail server without a problem, the real thing is with this version 6.8.27 we were unable to create new mail server domains for new clients....beacuse those errors. so please, can you help with those errors?....thanks!

thanks for reply, i already used that site, and the domain name mail server answered with the ip of the server correctly, what about those error that i mentiones when i press the "refresh domain record" in mail server??...that error wasn't happen before in version 6.8.25....thanks!!

both domains (last image) have their respective A record in our dns provider, and both resolve correctly the ip server.

we tried to register that domain in another server mail in aapanel server that we have, and give the same error, both servers with aapanel in version 6.8.27

this server is behind a firewall...with NAT to public ip : 20xxxxxxxxxxxx0, as you can check, those domains : valore.cl and mail.valore.cl resolve the ip 200.73.112.100 that is the public ip of the server

It should be caused by the fact that the public IP does not exist in the network card of the server. Can you try to add a public IP to the network card after the server takes a snapshot backup?
