Roundcube issue

Hi everyone, it's my first post.
I come from plesk and I must say that after many tests with other panels, I am having a great time with aapanel, I think it is currently the best alternative to plesk and cpanel, so I would like to congratulate the developers.
Having said that, being used to plesk I find some problems with roundcube, I followed the guide but I cannot access the roundcube panel, in my area dns I have webmail.mydomain.com record A towards the ip of my server, this with plesk it worked, if I entered that subdomain in the browser I went to the login page of roundcube, but unfortunately here I am only directed to the courtesy page of aapanel. I have everything configured correctly in the mail server (sending and receiving mail) and I installed roundcube with one.click by entering the domain webmail.mydomain.com.
would someone help me by telling me the exact procedure? including ssl certificates etc? Thanks in advance

I forgot .. I use apache and I think the problem is in the configuration file.

unfortunately I have the same problem even if I use nginx, the subdomain created webmail.mydomain.com seems to be ignored, I am redirected to the main domain.
still looking for help.

Please check if your website list exists webmail.domain.com
Please try to restart webserver to see if there is an error?

Yes one-click created the subdomain webmail.mydomain.com and it is present in the list of my sites in the panel. I have also restarted the server but I am always taken back to the home page of the main domain. it is as if apache does not receive a redirect request.

i'm on centos 8 with experimental installation of aapanel, now i am trying with a fresh installation with centos 7

nothing to do, I tried with a clean installation with centos 7 and a non-experimental aapanel link, even now I am redirected to the main domain, the doubts I have are: I have installed a wildcard certificate on the main domain or some apache redirection problem or nginx

The problem of being redirected I suspect that your mail domain does not deploy ssl, but you use https to access it, please try to use http protocol

I did a test with another domain, this time in aapanel I did not create a wildcard certificate, but I created it only for mydomain.com
and www.mydomain.com
, I created another one independent in the subdomain webmail.mydomain.com
(to have access to protected roundcube), so it worked, I now only have the problem that the mail sent ends up in spam: D I think because I must also add mail.mydomain.com

p.s. I also tried with the http protocol but it didn't work

ok i think i can do one last update. Now everything works, simply starting from scratch, I created the main domain (mydomain.com) to which I added: www.mydomain.com, mail.mydomain.com, ftp.mydomain.com. I have created a certificate for them. then I created the mail settings in the mail server and then I installed roundcube with one-click and I had the subdomain webmail.mydomain.com, in the site section I created a certificate for him too. now I have access to roundcube in ssl and the emails are not spammed. the problem was the wildcard certificate to the main domain. thanks for your help @TheWormsUnited @aaPanel_Jose ,and thanks for this great panel. for me aapanel are the best.
