Roundcube not working nor mongodb installing in aa panel

Dear Team,

I have stucked in roundcube issue it's giving login failed error then I made changed in roundcube config then it's giving me connection to storage failed during login webmail so please just fix webmail & mongodb issue.

Error 1 = Roundcube not working ( Mail box login details you can get in panel )
Error 2 = Mongodb not installing through app store in aa panel

Hello, it worked fine after I reinstalled it. At the same time, the SSL used by the mail server must contain the domain name of the A record. You can refer to this tutorial to use a pan-domain SSL certificate.

Mongo DB is not installing still it is not showing in aa panel process is running in app store during installing at the end it's not showing in panel.

Hello, it is recommended that you use Docker to use mongodb first. This operating system is not yet compatible.

We need your urgent help we are not able to install mysql8.0 version in aa panel so please do it asap possible current MYSQL Version is 5.7 so switch it to 8.0 Version.

We have taken DB backup so just do the MYSQL upgrade asap.

Hello, after the server has done a snapshot backup, then back up the database, delete all databases, uninstall mysql5.7, and then install mysql8.0

Due to our client restriction we can not provide aa panel login details also we have checked 8.3 php version is installed with mbstring extension.

I am not getting what you said about 8.2 php verison also 8.2 php persion is not installed in aa panel I tried to install 8.2 but it's not installing.

MBSTRING Extension is installed on php 8.3 I have already told you just solve the webmail issue for that what we need to to at our end just let me know.

Also find the logs getting during not installing php 8.2 in aapanel
