ino I installed the latest version of aaPanel (6.8.5) on a fresh installation of Debian 10. Even without making any configuration changes I have problems connecting via FTP to a newly created site. Most of the times it fails to connect, the rare times it succeeds in connecting, it connects after a very long time. I tried to use Transmit and also FileZilla as a client but nothing changes. I also tried on different servers but even this did not solve the problem.
ino Hi Jose, port 21 is open and in "listening" state. I have not made any changes in the default configurations.
aaPanel_Jose ino If your server host has a security group, you need to go to the port 21 and 39000-40000 to use it (for example: google aws)
